LGU Pintuyan, headed by Honorable Mayor Ricarte Amper Estrella, led the flag-raising ceremony, with LGU department heads and employees, Pintuyan Pulis headed by PLT. Noel Rubio Talisic, Pintuyan Firestation South Leyte headed by SFO4 Salus Jacob, MCTC headed by Marigold Belderol Castañares, donning their Filipiniana-inspired attire.

This is in line with the new dress code issued by the CSC, which states that on the first Monday of every month, government employees should wear ASEAN-inspired attire, and on the succeeding Mondays of the same month, they should wear filipiniana inspired attire.
